Delta Lloyd names book runners on Van Lanschot stake sale

Delta LloydNV named Goldman Sachs International and UBS Ltd. to serve as jointglobal coordinators and joint book runners on the sale of its stake in Dutchprivate bank Van LanschotNV.

The Dutch insurer confirmed that it will the of its stake in Van Lanschot, whichamounted to 30.2% at year-end 2015. The sale is part of Delta Lloyd's effortsto strengthen its capital position, the insurer said May 2, adding that VanLanschot has agreed to support the planned marketed offering.
