Accredited Surety & Casualty Co. Inc. has entered an underwriting agreement with Cinium Financial Services Corp., which provides surety bonds to small and midsize companies in the nonstandard surety market.

Accredited Surety & Casualty, a P&C insurer domiciled in Florida, will retain a small percentage of the business, combined with A-rated reinsurance.

Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd., the parent company of Accredited Surety & Casualty, is expanding the subsidiary's business further, Randall & Quilter Chairman and CEO Ken Randall said in a statement.
