Marathon Asset Management sold a portfolio of 17 hotels in the U.K. to Thai investment company DTGO for approximately £450 million, Property Week reported.

The assets operate under various brands including Doubletree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn and Crowne Plaza and are spread across locations such as Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester, the publication added.

CBRE represented the seller on the deal.
