Nomura Holdings to issue US$3B of senior notes

Nomura Holdings Inc. plans to issue US$3 billion of senior notes in two tranches.

The company will issue US$1.5 billion of notes priced at par with an interest rate of 2.648% per year. The notes will mature Jan. 16, 2025.

It will also issue US$1.5 billion of notes priced at par with with an interest rate of 3.103% per year. They will mature Jan. 16, 2030.

The settlement date for both tranches is Jan. 16.
