Wells Fargo ups dividend under 2015 capital plan

Wells Fargo &Co. increased its quarterly common stock dividend to 38 cents per shareas part of its 2015 capital plan.

This is the second time the company is increasing its dividendunder the 2015 capital plan.

The latest dividend, payable June 1 to stockholders of recordas of May 6, represents an increase of approximately 1% over the company's previouslydeclared quarterly dividend of 37.5cents per share.

Wells Fargo submitted its 2016 capital plan on April 4, whichis currently under review by the Federal Reserve.
