Brewin DolphinHoldings Plc named Louise Shaw and Nicholas Regan divisionaldirectors at its London office, Portfolio Adviser and Citywire reported July 19.

Shaw will assume her new role July 26, while Regan will jointhe company Aug. 8, according to Portfolio Adviser.

Shaw, who was previously a client director at , willreport to Sarah Kirby, Brewin Dolphin's divisional director of investmentmanagement. Meanwhile, Regan, who was most recently head of Asian equities atBNP Paribas SA, willreport to Simon Blowey, divisional director of financial planning for Londonand South East, Citywire noted.

The appointments are part of the U.K.-based asset manager'swider expansion efforts.
