Middle-market-focused private equity firm Bertram Capital Management LLC invested in hyper-local media and marketing company Best Version Media LLC.

The investment was made through Bertram Capital's third fund in partnership with Best Version Media's founders. Terms were not disclosed.

Bertram Capital partner Ryan Craig said in a press release that his firm sees an opportunity to help Best Version Media extend its reach and expand the solutions it offers to consumers and advertisers.
