CS Office One sells Washington, DC, office building

CS Office One LLC, an affiliate of Bethesda, Md.-based Stonebridge Associates, and Walton Street Capital LLC sold One Constitution Square, an approximately 330,000-square-foot office building in Washington, D.C., for $141.8 million, Washington Business Journal reported.

The company sold the building located at 1275 First St. NE to an affiliate of Boyd Watterson Asset Management LLC after leasing final chunk of space vacated by the federal government when the General Services Administration decided to exit in 2013.

A representative for Stonebridge confirmed the sale. A representative for Boyd Watterson referred questions to the firm's general counsel, who could not be reached instantly for comment, according to the Sept. 19 report.
