Kharis Capital buys German seafood restaurant chain Nordsee

Kharis Capital Advisory AG acquired Nordsee GmbH for an undisclosed amount, Undercurrent News reported, citing German news service Nord24.

Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller, a dairy and food conglomerate in Europe, was the previous owner of the German seafood restaurant chain. Nordsee has about 370 restaurants operating in Europe.

Kharis Capital, a Swiss private equity firm, makes investments worth €100 million to €250 million in U.S. and European consumer, retail and digital companies.
