Old Missouri Bank appointed Terry McCullough chairman and Jon Gold vice chairman.

McCullough has been a director since 2009 and Gold joined the board in 1999. McCullough is the managing partner of McCullough & Associates LLC, while Gold has been a partner at Reynolds & Gold Law since 2017.

Additionally, David McBeath and Donny Johns were elected to the bank's board.

McBeath has been with the bank since 2011 and is its executive vice president and CFO. Johns is the executive vice president and CFO of AG Financial.

The bank is a unit of JamesMark Bancshares Inc.
