Mitsui Fudosan unit, JV partners work on mixed-use project in Japan

Mitsui FudosanCo. Ltd.'s Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co. Ltd. is partnering withMarubeni Corp. and Mori Building Co. Ltd. on a mixed-use building project inYokohama, Japan.

The companies have begun to demolish two warehousesaffiliated with the former Yokohama Raw Silk Inspection Office for the 58-floortower at the Kita-nakadori Kita District in Naka Ward.

The planned building is estimated to be around 200 meterstall. It will features residential, hotel, stores and cultural facilities amongother features. The project's total site area and total floor space spanapproximately 13,135 square meters and around 168,200 square metersrespectively.

Work on the project is planned to begin in October and isexpected to be completed in January 2020.
