Banco Múltiple Ademi SA said Dec. 19 that it has reorganized its management structure, replacing its former banking operations and credit card operations and services units with a new operations and services center.

The new center, to be headed by Rosa Medina, will oversee the bank's customer support, maintenance, execution, validation, services and credit analysis areas. The Dominican Republic-based bank said it has also created a new branch network office under the management of Sonia Carrasco.
