Freddie Mac starting $500M reopening of reference notes security

FreddieMac intends to start a $500 million reopening of its 0.750% USDReference Notes security, due April 9, 2018, via a Dutch auction.

The issue will price May 3 and will settle May 4.

Freddie Mac said the outstanding size of the security willbe $3.75 billion after the reopening.
