Lisa MacCallum is joining Villa World Ltd. as an independent nonexecutive director, effective Aug. 15.

MacCallum's professional experience includes founding an enterprise-focused brand strategy company called Inspired Cos., as well as working at Nike Inc. from 2001 to 2014, the Australian developer said in a release.
