President andCEO Amrey Harden is set to retire at July-end, The (Watkinsville, Ga.) OconeeEnterprise reported April 26.

The boardappointed Senior Executive Vice President Jerry Wages interim president andCEO, effective July 25. It is now in the process of naming Harden's permanentreplacement.

TheWatkinsville, Ga.-based bank is a unit of Oconee Financial Corp.
