Agamya Capital buys WIN Home Inspection

Private equity firm Agamya Capital LLC acquired WIN Home Inspection for an undisclosed sum.

The acquired company provides residential and commercial inspection services across the U.S. through a 32-state franchise network.

The acquisition is expected to help WIN strengthen its franchise network and widen its presence nationwide. WIN President Steve Wadlington, together with the existing management team, will continue to lead the company.

Sheppard Mullin was the legal counsel and adviser to Agamya Capital, which backs companies in the business services, consumer, value-added distribution and niche industrial sectors.
