Banco de Comercio issues 10-year subordinated bond worth 500,000 soles

Banco de Comercio SA on Dec. 7 issued a 10-year subordinated bond worth 500,000 Peruvian soles through a private offering.

The bond, known as G series, is the seventh series under the bank's third issuance of subordinated bonds. The bank issued F series bonds worth 1 million soles earlier in December.

As of Dec. 8, US$1 was equivalent to 3.40 Peruvian soles.
