Sinopec CFO steps down

China Petroleum & Chemical Corp., or Sinopec, announced Wang Dehua resigned as CFO, effective Dec. 9.

Liu Zhongyun, who served as executive board director and senior vice president, was said to have tendered his resignation on the same day, according to a Dec. 9 announcement from the company.

Sinopec said the resignations were due to changes in working arrangements.
