Ingrid de Graaf resigned from Delta Lloyd NV's executive board and will leave the company, the insurer said Dec. 14.
De Graaf, who joined Delta Lloyd in 1999, will leave in the spring of 2017. She had served on the executive board since 2014.
She did not have a specific area of responsibility on the executive board, which also includes Delta Lloyd's CEO, CFO and chief risk officer. She previously served as managing director of Delta Lloyd's commercial division, among other roles.
Delta Lloyd said it would provide information about a successor on the executive board later.
