Bramshill Investments establishes subsidiary

Bramshill InvestmentsLLC on April 11 announced a new subsidiary, Trust and Fiduciary IncomePartners LLC, in partnership with Trust& Fiduciary Management Services Inc.

Trust and Fiduciary Income Partners will manage about $120 millionin assets and assume the role of adviser of Trust & Fiduciary Management Services'Matrix Income Strategy. The strategy focuses on securities such as real estate investmenttrusts, business development companies, master limited partnerships and closed-endfunds that structurally pass through income to investors.

Art DeGaetano, Bramshill's chief investment officer, will serveas co-portfolio manager of the Matrix Income Strategy with Steven Carhart. Carhartjoins Bramshill from Trust & Fiduciary Management Services and has managed theportfolio since 2001.

Trust and Fiduciary Income Partners will operate as part of Bramshillat its New Jersey headquarters.
