Pantheon Group has opened an office in Tokyo.

This is the company's seventh international office. Other offices are located in London, San Francisco, New York, Hong Kong, Seoul and Bogotá, Colombia.

Akitoshi Yamada will lead the new office as managing director and head of Japan. He was previously with Nippon Life Insurance Co.

Pantheon, which invests in private equity, infrastructure and real assets, refers to the subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings of Pantheon Ventures Inc and AMG Plymouth UK Holdings Ltd.
