Report: Standard Life Aberdeen issues $750M in floating-rate notes

Standard Life Aberdeen Plc issued a $750 million international bond, Cbonds reported Oct. 13.

The notes carry a coupon of 4.25% through June 30, 2028, after which the coupon rate will change to the five-year U.S. Treasury yield plus 2.915% until the maturity date of June 30, 2048.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, HSBC and Société Générale served as book runners on the transaction.
