The supervisory board of ASR Nederland NV intends to appoint Annemiek van Melick CFO, effective Feb. 1, 2020.

She will replace Chris Figee, who is set to resign and join KPN NV as CFO. Van Melick will also join the executive board, which consists of CEO Jos Baeten and Ingrid de Swart.

Van Melick was most recently CFO of Volksbank NV from 2014 to September 2019. The ASR supervisory board will bring her appointment into effect after the extraordinary shareholders' meeting Feb. 12, 2020.
