Cardinal Health's product distribution restructuring to cost $130M

Cardinal Health Inc. said its decision to make a change in the business model for one of its products will cost the company $130 million.

The company is transitioning to a direct-distribution model from third-party distribution for the sale of surgeon gloves in certain countries outside the U.S.
