Pandora considers selling radio station

Pandora MediaInc. said it is evaluating whether it intends to be a or divest SouthDakota radio station KXMZ-FM.

In a March 28 filing with the FCC, the company said for thisreason it sought the agency's approval to delay a shareholder vote onorganizational changes associated with becoming a broadcaster.

Additionally, the company said the amendments should bepresented to its shareholders until the company's June 2017 annual meeting ofshareholders while it determines whether to divest KXMZ.
