Report: InfraRed mulls £200M UK co-working office fund

InfraRed Capital Partners is considering the launch of a new £200 million fund focused on co-working and serviced office assets in the U.K., making it the first of its kind, Property Week reported, citing "one source with knowledge of the situation."

The London-based company is in talks with several institutional investors to gauge support for the new fund and could take the IPO route if it attracts the required level of interest from investors, the Oct. 6 report noted.

The fund will acquire regional properties that can potentially be transformed into serviced offices, and InfraRed may partner up with an operator to run these properties.
