Canyon ResourcesLtd. said July 20 that founding Chairman Rhod Grivas has resigned andis being replaced by existing nonexecutive director David Netherway.

Netherway has been a Canyon director since March 2014. He isthe chairman of Altus Strategies Ltd.and Kilo Goldmines Ltd.and is a nonexecutive director of Aureus Mining Ltd.

The company has also appointed Emmanuel Correia as a nonexecutivedirector.
