UK-based Premier Asset Management boosts quarterly dividend

U.K.-based Premier Asset Management Group PLC declared a quarterly dividend per share of 1.70 pence in its results for the first half to March 31, up from 1.65 pence in the year-ago period.

Assets under management totaled £6.79 billion as of March 31, down 1% over the six-month period but up 7% from a year earlier. Net inflows totaled £67 million in the six months to March 31, compared to £411 million a year earlier.

Premier noted that AUM as of April 30 totaled £7.0 billion.

Profit attributable to equity holders of the group decreased to £5.4 million in the six months to March 31, from £6.2 million a year earlier.
