Therespective managers of GPTGroup and CenturiaMetropolitan REIT have issued their statements over the latter'sclaim that the former breached their facilitation and property rights deed.
Centuria said GPT failed to fix the alleged breach withinfive business daysfrom July 5. As such, it sent a notice to GPT about the expiration and said itis reserving all of its rights, which includes the right to terminate the agreement.
Onthe other hand, GPT maintained that it did not violate the terms of thedeal, including the no-shop restriction, when it signed a similar with .
Hence, Centuria has no right to terminate the facilitationdeed, according to GPT. It informed Centuria that it reserves all its rightsrelated to a purported termination of the deed.
