PG&E Corp., Pacific Gas and Electric director resigns

Kenneth Liang has resigned from the boards of PG&E Corp. and Pacific Gas and Electric Co.

The companies said in a Sept. 9 filing that the resignation, which is effective immediately, does not involve any disagreement related to the operations, policies or practices of PG&E Corp. or the utility.
