Mid-Atlantic

Englewood Cliffs, N.J.-based ConnectOne Bank on Aug. 1 closed its branch at 2006 Morris Ave. in Union, N.J., according to the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance's depository application activity report.

Midwest

Clara City, Minn.-based Citizens Alliance Bank, a unit of Forstrom Bancorp. Inc., opened a branch in July at 202 2nd Ave. S., Suite 103 in Great Falls, Mont., according to the Minnesota Department of Commerce's application activity report.

Carrollton, Ky.-based First National Bank of Kentucky, a unit of Port William Bancshares Inc., opened a branch at 7201 Kentucky Highway 329 in Crestwood, Ky., according to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's website.

Arkansas-based First National Bank of Lawrence County at Walnut Ridge, a unit of First National Capital Corp., opened a branch at 1603 N. Thomasville St. in Pocahontas, Ark., according to the OCC's website.

Southwest

Killeen, Texas-based First National Bank Texas, a unit of First Community Bancshares Inc., opened a branch at 1000 E. 41st St. in Austin, Texas, according to the OCC's website.
