WEX increases tranche B term loans under credit agreement

WEX Inc. on May 17 amended its credit agreement to increase the principal amount of the tranche B term loans by $150 million and extend the maturity date by three years to May 2026.

The amended credit agreement resets the amortization of tranche B loans to require quarterly payments equal to 0.25% of the loans' principal amount.

Bank of America NA is the administrative agent, and BofA Securities Inc. is the joint lead arranger and joint book runner. Citizens Bank NA, MUFG Bank Ltd., Wells Fargo Securities LLC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc., Santander Bank NA, BMO Capital Markets Corp., KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Regions Capital Markets and JPMorgan Chase Bank NA are also joint arrangers and joint book runners.
