Former PerellaWeinberg Partners LP executives David Schiff and Andrew Dymlaunched Innovatus CapitalPartners LLC, a New York-based independent investment adviser and portfoliomanagement firm.

Schiff and Dym previously worked as portfolio manager and partner,respectively, for the Perella Weinberg asset based value strategy.

Innovatus CEO Schiff and President Dym are joined by AndrewHobson, partner and CFO; Joseph Schottland, partner and head of research; andAmy Cohen, head of marketing and investor relations.

Hobson has formerly served as senior executive vice president and CFO ofUnivision CommunicationsInc. Schottland earlier was a partner at McKinsey & Co. Cohenpreviously worked with Schiff and Dym at Perella Weinberg Partners as managingdirector and product strategist for the asset based value strategy.

Additionally, Millennium Management LLC Founder, Chairman and CEOIsrael Englander will join the advisory board of the general partner and act asstrategic adviser, Innovatus said.
