Jorge Alava will no longer serve as Banco de Servicios Financieros SA's general manager but will continue in his role as chairman of the bank's board, the company said.

The Buenos Aires-based lender said the move is part of an internal reorganization but did not provide additional details.

The general manager position will remain vacant until the bank appoints a replacement, subject to approval from Argentina's central bank.
