NTT Data Corp. division NTT Data Services completed the acquisition of Sierra Systems Group Inc.

The deal expands Plano, Texas-based NTT Data Services' footprint in Canada, the companies said Dec. 17.

On an interim basis, the acquired business will be called Sierra Systems, an NTT Data company, and will be led by former COO Pat Kaiser.

Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corp. is the ultimate parent of NTT Data Services.
