UniCredit SpA wants 20% of senior leadership roles to be held by women by 2022.

The Italian banking group said Oct. 5 that it will appoint a member of its senior executive team to oversee gender diversity and inclusion.

It will also set specific gender balance targets for certain top management roles, and implement targets on both the gender pay gap and gender balance.
