Ocwen Financial CFO to resign

Michael Bourque Jr., executive vice president and CFO of Ocwen Financial Corp., is resigning to accept a position with another financial services company.

Bourque's resignation is not due to any disagreement with Ocwen Financial's operations, policies or practices, according to a press release. Ocwen Financial has begun a search to find qualified internal and external candidates to fill the CFO position.

The resignation is effective June 22.
