German regulators to detail post-Brexit relocation essentials

German regulators will set out requirements for banks aiming to move operations to Frankfurt post-Brexit in a Jan. 30 meeting, Reuters reported Jan. 25, citing "people familiar with the matter."

More than 20 banks will come to Frankfurt, where financial supervisor Bafin will address the questions banks have as the U.K.'s loss of single-market access approaches. Banks will have to demonstrate robust risk management arrangements and will need to have senior executives based in the German city, the sources said.
