HMS Income Fund director resigns

HMS Income FundInc. director Curtis Hartman resigned from the board April 26, the companydisclosed in a regulatory filing.

His resignation was effective immediately, and it was not dueto any disagreement with the company.

That day, the board named Nicholas Meserve to succeed Hartman.Meserve will hold the seat until the 2016 annual stockholders meeting.

Meserve is a managing director on the middle market investmentteam of Main Street Capital Corp.
