Gainey Capital Corp. signed a nonbinding letter of intent with Asteria Mining Services SAPI de CV to acquire the La Minita copper-gold-silver property in Mexico.
The property comprises five mineral claims or applications covering approximately 9,200 hectares, the company said Dec. 19.
Gainey Capital said it will summarize terms of the agreement and exploration plans in a later release.
