3D Resources acquires 70% stake in owners of Haiti gold projects

3D Resources Ltd. acquired a 70% interest in two Haitian companies, Delta Societe Miniere SA and Ayiti Gold Co. SA, which own the Morne Bossa and Grand Bois gold projects, respectively.

A detailed conceptual scoping study, part of the company's due diligence program, confirmed the potential viability of the projects.

The company can earn a further 5% stake after completing a positive feasibility study and making milestone payments, according to the Aug. 8 release.

3D Resources has committed to completing the feasibility studies on the projects by Sept. 15, 2018.

The targets are owned by Resource Generale Corp. and Sono Global Holdings Inc.
