BNY Mellon issues $400M senior notes

Bank of New York Mellon Corp. issued $400 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.850% senior medium-term notes series J due 2028.

The notes are a further issuance of the $500 million aggregate principal amount of the company's 3.850% senior notes due 2028, originally issued April 30, and $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.450% senior medium-term notes series J due 2023.
