Report: Centerbridge preps sale of parking garage manager Apcoa

Centerbridge Partners LP has started preparing for the sale of parking garage manager Apcoa, Reuters reported, citing people close to the matter.

Apcoa, which could be valued at more than €1 billion, is expected to post an EBITDA of approximately €85 million in 2019, one of the people said.

The buyout firm has tapped JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs as sell-side advisers and is expected to distribute first information packages to potential suitors in the coming weeks, sources said.

Centerbridge, which took control of Apcoa in 2014, and the banks did not comment on the potential deal, according to the report.
