S&P Global Ratings on Sept. 29 affirmed 's long- andshort-term counterparty credit ratings at BB-/B and subsequently withdrew theratings at the BGEO Group Plcunit's request.

The outlook was stable at the time of withdrawal.

The outlook reflected the agency's view that the bank wouldlikely maintain its business position and consistently generate healthy earningsin the next 12 to18 months, despite the challenging operating environment inGeorgia.
