RelianceCapital Ltd. will issue 30 million Indian rupees worth ofnonconvertible debentures.

The company said Sept. 24 that the debentures will matureOct. 23, 2017.

The company has the option to issue 20 million rupees worthof debentures if the issue is oversubscribed.

As of Sept. 23, US$1was equivalent to 66.66 Indian rupees.
