Affine proposes fiscal 2017 dividend

Affine proposed a dividend of €1 per share for fiscal-year 2017.

Meanwhile, the company's gross rental income for the third quarter amounted to €8.3 million, marking a 0.6% decline from the previous quarter.

Looking ahead, the company plans to mainly invest in the office sector in the Paris Métropole region, as well as in the French cities of Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes and Toulouse, according to a release.
