CEPS PLC H1 profit falls YOY

CEPS PLC said its normalized net income for the first half was £31,500, a decrease of 47.8% from £60,380 in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

Total revenue increased 29.5% on an annual basis to £11.9 million from £9.2 million, and total operating expenses increased 30.9% on an annual basis to £11.5 million from £8.8 million.

Reported net income fell 90.6% from the prior-year period to £9,000, or 0 pence per share, from £96,000, or 2 pence per share.
