Starbucks Corp. has set up digital menus at certain of its namesake cafes and at some Starbucks airport stores in the U.S. in a bid to improve sales, especially during the lean afternoon period, Bloomberg reported March 8.
A Starbucks cafe in Chicago's Loop area reportedly features a six-panel digital menu that changes throughout the day. The monitors can swap features depending on the season as well as change prices of items quickly, Bloomberg reported.
