Thumb National Bank and Trust switches to state charter, changes name

Pigeon, Mich.-based Thumb National Bank and Trust Co. converted from a national charter to a state charter, effective Dec. 18.

In line with the charter change, the bank is changing its name to Thumb Bank & Trust.

The Thumb Bancorp Inc. subsidiary received final approval on its charter change application on Dec. 14.
