NiSource Inc. appointed former Entergy Corp. executive Theodore Bunting Jr. to its board of directors, effective Sept. 5.

Bunting most recently served as group president of utility operations at Entergy, NiSource said in a Sept. 5 news release. He is expected to stand for election at NiSource's next annual shareholders meeting in 2019.
